Martha's on Sale at Art 'n Soul

Susie has declared that all Martha Stewart paper punches at the store are now selling at a 30% discount. That's 10% better than the "M" store. Great way to stock up. (special note:  no other discounts apply)

Soooo exciting. We're now in the midst of ordering ribbons from Midori . . . they'll make extra nice trims for your thank-you cards, Happy New Year cards, and -- oh oh -- Valentine's projects for that special person(s). As soon as the selections are finalized and the order is in, we'll let you know.

And the new "Hopscotch" paper line from Basic Grey will be shipped to the store mid-month. I tried to get a 'peek' at the 4 new paper lines they'll be offering at CHA 2011 at the end of January when I talked to Allison yesterday, but . . . no go! Drat! Because of your loyalty and support in purchasing papers and ribbons from Bella Carta at Art 'n Soul, I was able to meet my earlier goal to set up the Basic Grey account with its required opening minimum order by December 1.

The "bling" is flying out the door . . . I think we bought up all of the royal blue crystals last night during Deb Kuttel's Ornament Topper class. Oooh la la . . . Deb left the ornaments at the store for continued display for a while. The toppers are easy to make when you learn how; it's just time-consuming applying all of the bling and trim if that's what you want to do. I'm headed to the Dollar Tree (or whatever dollar store remains because I can't remember the difference in names) to buy that enormous ornament Deb used that is gold or silver with alternating ridges in glitter! I want to make one ornament per family for a surprise gift that I know will be treasured.

That's it for now . . . the day has too much in it to blog away any more.
