Bella Carta at Art 'n Soul

Yesterday's Play Day at Art 'n Soul was a true learning experience with Marj. Here are some examples of how she's taken on the challenge of using stamps that are not the easiest to figure out how to make them look good on a card.

Distress markers on a solid stamp: start with
the lightest colors first and gradually add
darker colors. Magenta stamp random text (24.012.J)
and quote (07.641.14). Add paint water flicks.

Linda Presley sent new Rosie's Roadshow card samples to the store and I couldn't stop taking photos of them. We're going to have lots of Rosie's Roadshow stamps on the day that Linda Presley teaches at Art 'n Soul . . . Saturday, May 9. If you're not in the class, you'll want to be at the store to gather up what you want to purchase because they won't be in the store for long!

These are the new papers from Graphic 45's Mother Goose collection. It must be my sweet granddaughters and great-granddaughter that bring out in me the "I've gotta get these"! I'm imagining some cute little booklets to send off to London; Cecilia has been singing Twinkle Twinkle for over a year, so that will be the first little 'book' for her!

A customer requested Graphic 45's Precious Memories paper collection; it's not due in for another month or two, so a small order of the 8x8 paper pad was ordered and is at the store now.

We replenished the June "Time to Flourish" sheet that was sold-out a short while ago, as well as the 8x8 paper pad of all of the calendar pages.

From the Memory Box blog, Jenny has made a gorgeous card using the newly-released dies.
