Yay! Some Paper Chasers from Skagit were visiting Art 'n Soul yesterday and 3 puzzle pieces actually fit in someone's kit! We're very happy for Teresa Melling.

On the Magenta blog, Sherry Jackson used alcohol inks and blending solution to make a colorful background. After, she used beautiful nature stamp designs from Magenta to make this wonderful card.

And then yesterday, Carole Dion made this birthday card to celebrate St. Patrick's Day, also using alcohol inks.

I love the cuteness that Judy Jung is using for her cards on the Penny Black blog. These are just a couple of them, both featuring Penny Black dies. The first card shows a background die allowing peeks of decorated paper behind it. I really like how she used the numbers die as a background on the second card.

In this Penny Black posting, Jill Foster shows us how to make one-layer watercolor cards. We sell the watercolor paper and we also sell the pre-sized and folded Fabriano watercolor blank cards, perfect for this technique.

Back to checking in deliveries. The Memory Box paper, new Ken Oliver Crafts' paper, and some others all arrived yesterday and the day before. So I'm going to sit down and check them all in and bring what I can to Art 'n Soul this afternoon (Wednesday). And a little birdie told me the Magenta order arrived at the store yesterday.
