A friend through Imagine Crafts and Facebook has some great 'recipes'! Her name is Sharon Morrison and she hails from England. Thank you, Sharon, for allowing me to post these on our blog . . . I couldn't wait to share your 'recipes' with our readers.

'You just know things are desperate when you have to start creating with PVA! So, I painted with it and mixed Imagine Crafts / Tsukineko Brilliance Inks in with sea salt, blasted it with fireworks and finished with Stazon Jet.'

Sharon confesses to using a hair dryer on Goosebumps; she says the cooler temperature works better.

"I LOVE what Robin made using our dies in combination with thin metal!
What a beautiful card but how nice would this be for the front of a notebook!
this is the Elizabeth Craft Designs pine bough and pine cone under a sheet of thin metal!"

From the Poppystamps blog . . .

You're such a deer...

"Today I have quite a CAS card to show you, I've kept it fairly simple and only added this delicate frame around the stamped deer, added some bling, for the way I see it every Christmas should have a touch of glitter and shine ;-) Have fun preparing for Christmas!"

You have to look at this from Ira Huberts too! She is quite clever when using dies from Poppystamps, and I think this table-top decoration is adorable! Click on the title link to go to the actual blog posting for the details.

That's all for tonight. My husband's convention is now over and life can return to the normal hectic pace. We're enjoying beautiful cold weather. If we're going to have winter, let it be like this instead of warm rainy days. Enjoy the 'winter sparkle' in our beautiful mornings.
