Are you ready for Recycled Rubber? In approximately 10+ hours, the doors to Art 'n Soul will open (10:00 a.m.) to one of the largest Recycled Rubber weekends ever! You don't want to miss out . . . it took lots and lots of effort  to put everything out. Be prepared to dig and find! And if you are unable to make it in tomorrow, it will be there on Sunday, too! But . . . the early 'birds' get the best!

From the Memory Box blog . . . it is really time to start thinking autumn?

Autumn Mosaic

"Hello Everyone,
Today I am sharing an Autumn card with a mosaic effect with a little sparkle too.
by Jenny Griffiths for Memory Box

All it takes is double sided tape sheets, the Trellis Border metal die, the alphabet dies and of course micro fine glitter for extra sparkle.  Start by...
  1.  Die cutting the Trellis Border from different colors of paper--some solid and some patterned.
  2.  Adhere a cream colored trellis die cut to double sided adhesive layered onto white card stock.
  3.  Carefully remove segments from the remaining trellis die cuts and position them into the corresponding shapes on your panel.  The segments will stay in place because of the adhesive tape.
  4. Apply glitter to any remaining open areas including both left and right margins.
  5. Die cut Alphabet letters from adhesive backed cardstock, peel off contact liner and douse with glitter.
Add some twine and pretty flowers...you have a beautiful Autumn card!

I've just checked in the new washi paper from Hanko Designs. I know you're going to like them! Check 'em out:

I'll end the day with some things that caught my eye today, along with the thought that we'll see you all tomorrow at Art 'n Soul's Recycled Rubber!

While this isn't 'humorous' it does show a very
clever way to store your marker pens; they used glass
cups to fit in the wine rack.

See you soon!
