Dianne and Sue had a huge challenge when the store closed last night. The cash register blanked out and the day's memory was erased. Ever faithful to Art 'n Soul, Sue and Dianne had to re-program all of the keys on the cash register. And Dianne stayed to manually extract all of the transactions from the journal tape so there was a summary of all of the transaction totals. Are they the best? Absolutely!

From Memory Box, more Christmas Cheer to think about with the anticipated new release . . .

Look at this tote bag made from baker's twine. I found it on the Millsrepco blog. I never would have thought to knit something from baker's twine. If you'd like an entire spool of baker's twine to make something for yourself, just let us know.

Baker's Twine Tote

Twine Market Tote by Ann

"Ann Molvik made a Market Tote knitted using Buttercream Twine.  YUM!

And here is the pattern that she used to create this tote:
The bag took about 175 yards to create and each spool of Twinery Twine is 240 yards so you will have twine left over for other projects."

From Penny Black's blog . . .

"Can you believe Wida’s used a holiday stamp on this lovely summertime card?  Such a fantastic use of 4273K Winter Berries in the background!
by Wida Miller for Penny Black
Wida’s also used 30-160 Friendship and 4308K Field of Poppies on her card.  And her tip?  Don’t be afraid to use a holiday stamp in a nonholiday way."

I'm going to sign out now. The internet signal has been playing games with all of us. In the meantime, this is where I take my afternoon nap following our massive family luncheons. It's approximately 6-10 steps away from the table.

It's difficult being away from home but we're dealing with it all as best we can! lol!
