This arrived in the order from Ranger the other day and is now at the store. Packs of Distressed Specialty Stamping papers are a unique matte coated paper that is perfect for creative stamping and coloring with ink, paint, embossing and embellishing.

The distress watercolor paper packs were also to arrive but they are backordered until the end of this week, so we should have them back in the store by week after next.

Thanks to Dianne, I now have photos of the new papers designed by Agi Werner that she brought to Art 'n Soul. We are only 1 of 2 stores nationwide that have this paper for retail sale. They are 8.5x11 in size.

The first 4 papers are a very special run. Agi often accepts private commissions and projects that allow her to retain use of those designs for her own use. We are so fortunate that these are from that situation. The first sheet shows the color samples; people were buying the entire sheet with the color swatches to have framed at a recent show! These papers are on a very limited run. They're on a very thick matte paper stock.

These papers are also designed by Agi Werner for Paper Parachute, the company she founded and sold to Beth Thompson a few years back when Agi relocated to the Washington DC area. She made sure Bella Carta at Art 'n Soul was one of 2 stores to carry this paper as well . . . Paper Parachute in Tigard, OR being the other store.

If I can ever find my way back to my work station in the studio, I'll finish 2 or 3 of my cards from Agi's class last Saturday and then take photos so you can see the 9 cards we made in one class! I think we all liked each one of them!
