This is going to be a quick post because we've just finished our Gjerde Christmas celebration. As in the past few Christmas', we chose a country or region's traditional foods for our menu. We chose Hungary/Czechoslovakia/Germany/Austria for this year's celebration; we enjoyed pork goulash from a friend's recipe and it was THE best any of us have ever tasted.
