The order from Ranger arrived yesterday afternoon and by the looks of what arrived, you might want to stop in at Art 'n Soul sooner than later to make sure what you're looking for is available. Last time, the Ranger items sold out before they made it to the shelf!

these new paints from Dylusions (Diana Reaveley, the art journal queen)
literally disappear in a nano-second!

The new 2015 Distress Colors-of-Month!

The order from IMAGINE Crafts also arrived bringing a supply of the much-in-demand Pico Embellishers in various colors, as well as the ever-popular empty Pico Bottles and Pico Caps!

Carolyn will be at Art 'n Soul all day to help you. If you cannot get to the store early in the day, I'm sure a phone call to Carolyn might help . . . 360.357.6820!

A new instructor to Art 'n Soul, Sandy Allnock, has made a fabulous new coloring tool for Copic markers. I think it's genius! If you're someone who uses Copic markers frequently, you should look at Sandy's Hex Chart.

The Hex Chart allows you to see the relationship between the various hues and colors. For only $5.99 I think it's a steal of a deal, and once you order it, you'll be able to download the chart. Sandy is also offering a give-away with her Hex Chart Video Hop.

"Giveaway

What would a hop be without a giveaway? I’m going to give away a completed, hand-colored chart to FIVE lucky winners! Having a fully colored chart will help you decide which colors you need to complete a coloring trio. They take hours to complete, and you’ll receive a chart with all that labor done!
How to qualify to win: 1) purchase the Hex Chart Bundle by May 10th and 2) leave comments on all the hop stops by 9pm Pacific time, Weds May 6th. I’ll use random.org to draw a winner – so on Monday, May 11th, I’ll announce the lucky winners!!"

From the BoBunny blog, this is a really sweet project for a party or informal gathering. I like how she used a used can for the vase and covered it with decorated paper and embellishments. What really sold me on the project were the embossed butterflies that were individually cut and used as part of the packaging for the bouquet of chocolate-covered stir spoons.

On the Memory Box blog, Marnie Bushmole has made a card that has beautiful vivid colors to remind you it's springtime, even if the weather outside isn't cooperating.

On the Penny Black blog, their current theme is "Keep on Die-Cutting". Therese Schaffer has used a word die as both a debosser and a die cut for this lovely card.

On the Dreamweaver Stencil blog posting, this one being their last one to include the Dreamweaver Design Team, I discovered Gill's use of an older Magenta stamp that I have in my treasured stash. I loved what she did with the stamp design using tone-on-tone.

So, as I was on the Dreamweaver Stencil blog, this card design caught my eye . . . another bright, cheery and colorful spring card.
