I discovered that one of our customers, Amy Cassidy, hand-makes cute hair bows with the ribbons she purchases at Art 'n Soul. Not only does she make them to match her daughter's outfits, Amy also sells them. One of their most important tips is making sure to keep the cap on at all times when the pen is not in actual use; and to store them flat.
