From the Poppy Stamp blog, I really like the embossed background design from one of the Poppy Stamp dies.

Using a new Spellbinders die, Glenda Brooks designed a beautiful card. There's a little more pink color than I would like, but I've imagined the design with a different color . . . and now, I'm so glad that Glenda shared this card for inspiration!

From the Magenta blog, a 'clean and simple' card design for you. 'CAS' cards seem to be more and more popular right now.

How cool is this coffee gift tin? Check out this project on the IMAGINE Crafts' blog using one of the new StazOn ink colors! I love the coffee bean in the center of the bow.

My day started great! Great-granddaughter Ellie came by to visit this morning and we had a terrific play time. She's almost 9 months old and she's already pulling herself up on the furniture to stand up and move around.
I hope you're all enjoying the spring weather this week. If it gets too warm at home, come on over to Art 'n Soul to be 'inspired' in the cool of the store. And don't forget, Play Day is this Friday and if you don't have your own project, we're playing with Distress Inks. Be sure to drop in, ready to play with whatever supplies you bring in to have fun with! You can also learn from some great samples that Marj has been working on for Play Day; she'll be at the store between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. And I know Sue has been whipping up some of her magic with Distress Inks for Play Day.
