OMG! You have to see what Cathy Andronicou's video on the Penny Black blog is all about. Using 2 Penny Black stamps and 1 stencil, along with inks from IMAGINE Crafts/Tsukineko, she has made a rather plain looking tee-shirt into a rather unique one.

Impression Obsession is having a die blog hop this week. One of the cards on today's posting from their Design Team is a darling card just in time for Easter. It features one of Deb Kuttel's favorite critters, the rabbit!

Another card on this Impression Obsession die blog hop that caught my eye was this card from Kitty

Today was a busy day; I had 2 birthday cards to make again and 1 fun card. The first card uses one of my favorite background stamps from Peddlar's Pack that I always bring out at springtime.

The only reason I show you this card is that the Wink of Stella clear pen made this card so beautiful 'in person'. It's difficult to photograph the gorgeous sheen the pen produced on all of the shadowy (dotted areas) of the stamp design. I stamped with IMAGINE Crafts/Tsukineko Brilliance in Coral on Conqueror #118 card stock in white diamond. After the ink dried, I colored the shadowy areas with the Wink of Stella pen in clear. When that was dry, I added the black tops to the stamens with Sakura's Glaze Pen in black. The ribbon is from Midori, a stray scrap length I had from another project. The background paper is from KaiserCraft and the die is from a Grand Nestability set from Spellbinders.

The second card uses the Wink of Stella pen again. My 'adopted' grandniece, Peyton, celebrated her 16th birthday and we had a huge family dinner. I used a stamp from Stampotique inked with IMAGINE Crafts/Tsukineko Radiant Neon (electric purple) and Memento Luxe in Sweet Plum, and colored over some of the lines with the Wink of Stella pen in clear. The background stamp was from Hero Arts stamped with Radiant Neon in electric pink. The word stamp is from Hero Arts, stamped with the electric pink and electric purple, and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. The other word stamp (HUG) is from an unknown source, stamped in electric blue. I just love that Wink of Stella pen . . . I think I'm going to have to order all of the other colors!

That's my posting for tonight. I have another separate posting after this one featuring the IMAGINE Crafts/Tsukineko's Radiant Neon inks. I hope you'll take a peek!
