These arrived as part of the recent Magenta order . . . you might want to use all or part of the set. Either way, alcohol inks (you can even use your Copic markers) will work as your base color(s). You might want to stamp a design onto the piece(s) and then color the stamped design with your colored pencils.

by Els for Elizabeth Craft Designs"When you are in the craft industry you are working on Christmas cards in the summer and I should be busy with Valentine right now but I want to hang on to Christmas for a few more days so I combined Christmas with Valentine in these Shimmer Sheetz Christmas trees. Just hand cut some pieces of Shimmer Sheetz so I can make the trees as big as I want them to be, used green alcohol ink, embossed the pieces using Spellbinders embossing folders and rubbed over the pieces with the Cactus green Stazon ink pad. Added the glitter Heart border Peel Off stickers and a glitter Heart on the top of the tree. Merry Christmas everybody and a lot of Love in 2013!"
