Art 'n Soul is so fortunate that we're on Helene's 'return path' from the Stamp Carnival in Tokyo, Japan. Helene Metivier with Magenta will be teaching two new classes at Art 'n Soul on Monday, October 22. Both classes will feature new techniques and the stencil (template) class will feature new Magenta designs.

The day at Art 'n Soul was a pure delight. Many of us enjoyed a Journal Class taught by Linda Long with Lost Coast Designs. Not only are her well-designed stamps unique and perfect for card making and/or journaling, many of them also show a whimsical sense of humor. I'll post photos from the Journal Class, along with sample cards from Linda and some of the stamp designs.

All of the prep has been done for tomorrow's Halloween Hoot! card class. We're in for a busy week. This Friday the Art 'n Soul Journal Club meets between 4 and 6 p.m. The Journal Club will be displaying their art journals, along with a demo, at an Open House at Art 'n Soul on Saturday, October 13, from 1:30 to 3:30.
