Recycled Rubber Saturday begins in less than 9 hours from now. The doors open at 10:00 a.m. for the best deals of the month at Art 'n Soul while doing your part to up-cycle what might otherwise go to waste or become unused treasures. You'll want to make it in today because Art 'n Soul will be closed tomorrow in observance of Easter Sunday. Both Deb and Dianne will be ready to help you through Recycled Rubber Saturday!

Here are 2 of the 6 cards we're making at the Crazy 'n Krafty class on Saturday, April 21, beginning at 10:30 a.m. Both Sue and I have been having more fun making cards out of kraft card stock, and we hope you'll join in the fun at our class. The class board will be at the store tomorrow morning, so please take a look.

CRAZY 'N KRAFTY!
Saturday, April 21, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. -- $30
Sue Moffat & Debbie Gaetz
Sue and Debbie are crazy about kraft card stock and want to share their Crazy 'n Krafty enthusiasm with you. Using various coloring techniques, you'll make 6 all-occasion cards that are simple and easy. Bring life to the stamped images with colored pencils, glaze pens, die-cuts, and other mediums. They hope you'll be crazy 'n krafty about kraft card stock and all of the possibilities after the class. Please bring your basic class kit (to include foam mount tape; small pop dots for Candi's; small detail-cut scissors).

Susie must be participating in a lot of conference calls. She was able to make this card from a Dreamweaver Stencil and her zentangling talents. Perfect for Easter! or any other time of the year! Sweet, isn't it?

The classes are adding up . . . we confirmed another date today. On Saturday, June 23, Sandy Jackson with Some-Assembly-Required will teach two classes. One is a "Lacey Box" that has been extremely popular at the craft shows this year; the other is "Christmas in June" so we can make that beautiful snowflake we saw last fall and a wreath that, again, has been very, very popular at the shows. Stay tuned for more information; until then, be sure to reserve the date on your calendars so you don't miss Sandy's class!

We are so lucky to have such a nice landlord. Tonight, Stan was busy pressure-washing the part of the building where the store is so we can look even better! And do you notice the blue sky?

Time for a quick crossword puzzle and shut-eye.
