It's been an exhausting day. We loaded up the cars, a van, SUV and a truck full of the items for the Benefit Craft Sale tomorrow. After we unloaded all of the items into the community center, we set about putting all of the items out, pricing of loads of fabric, last-minute pricing of some stranded items, and emptying out all of the plastic bins and carts used to transport the items so Marilyn could organize and price those. We loaded up at 9:00 a.m., arrived at the community center at 10:00 a.m., and left around 4:00'ish. WOW! We all agreed on one thing . . . Sandra has very good taste in selecting her rubber stamps, punches, dies, paper, embellishments and art tools. If you want the 'best selection' of the "best items", be there promptly when the sale starts at 9:00 a.m. at the Vista Village Community Center (3300 Carpenter Road SE in Lacey). You're going to be surprised! All of the proceeds go to Sandra to help offset the major living and medical expenses not covered by insurance, so please join us tomorrow!

From Graphic 45's blog . . . I love this card!

Last, but certainly not least a beautiful Olde Curiosity Shoppe card by Sabrina Radeck. Sabrina has uploaded nine different cards using Olde Curiosity Shoppe collection on our Ning site. Each one holds so much beauty and inspiration. The featured card by Sabrina is using the Optical Oddities paper as the backdrop, and element from Mercurial Masterpiece, and Butterfly Specifics have been fussy cut out and layered to give this card such style and grace.

New embossing folders are at the store. These particular folders are from a company in Australia who manufacture beautiful designs; however, they make one production run per design and when it's sold out, it is not reproduced again. Therefore, if you see a design from this company that you really like, purchase it asap because re-orders may not always be available. We learned that lesson when we tried to order an embossing folder used in the Shimmer Sheetz class.

SONGBIRD
SWEPT AWAY

And then there's the new Dreamweaver Stencils designed by Lynette Harlow that arrived a couple of days ago . . .

Another order was delivered to the store and it will hopefully be ready by tomorrow afternoon  . . .

And who brings us all of these goodies to our store? Most of them are delivered by Steve with UPS. Steve is such a nice guy; when he delivers those boxes, he's always kind enough to take them to the back table (without us even asking!), so Deb or Dianne don't have to lift those boxes and take them back there. And Steve always has a smile on his face and always asks for our autograph! Could a delivery be any better?

From Hero Arts . . . aqua just happens to be one of my favorite colors, especially for spring and summer, so I couldn't resist sharing this with you.
