Back again . . . with more news!

So much for saying that I'd be back with a posting no later than this (yesterday) morning. So it's now 4:35 p.m. and I've been at the store all day . . . 'nuf said!

Stamps from Rubber Moon arrived today and I'm sure they'll be checked in today (Friday), so you better stop in. They're typical Rubber Moon designs . . . you'll want 'em.

Bazzill Papers' JUST THE EDGE cardstock strips (in 8 fun Halloween designs and 2 colors) are available at .25 each strip. Can't you see that spider dangling down from the Halloween treat bag "card, tag, book or real bag"? And for those of you who are scrapbookers, they are sized to exactly fit the 12x12 papers.

Bazzill Papers also sent us some embossed and glazed papers in white, brown, sage, etc. Colors you can use for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Fall & Holiday projects. Some of those white embossed and glazed papers are going to be used in my "White Christmas" card class on Tuesday, November 9, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. More on that "later" . . .

It's unfortunate you cannot see the embossing & glaze work. Guess
you'll just have to come into the store to take a close-up look.

Hope you can see the sheen of the glaze on this paper.

Back to the "White Christmas" class on November 9. We're going to work with WHITE and hints of color. White papers, white glitter, white snowy stuff, white ribbons, and other white embellishments. The cost is $30 per person.

I've also scheduled a Vintage Halloween Class. Please join me on Monday, October 25, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. We're going to use stamp images from a new stamp set from England that I'm anxiously waiting for, a couple images from Impression Obsession stamps arriving next Tuesday, the Graphic 45 Halloween in Wonderland papers, and the first-time Halloween papers and embellishments from Anna Griffin. TOO much fun . . . it's going to be difficult to limit the class to just 4-5 cards . . . you might have to take home a suprise card kit! The cost is $30 per person.

Here's a peek at some of the images we'll work with . . .

Halloween Stamps from Impression Obsession

Remember when we were young and anything "old" was forbidden because it was soooo old-fashioned. What I couldn't wait to get rid of as a child has become vintage vogue! If I only knew then, and had saved it all to sell today.

Did you 'hear me' earlier . . . our Impression Obsession order arrives at Art 'n Soul on Tuesday, September 21.

WOW! Deb put some finishing touches on her sample board for Saturday's Zentangle class . . . if you forgot to sign up, call the store asap!

So it's now after midnight . . . I'll let you read this and prepare the next phase of today's blog which will post tomorrow (if I can keep my eyes open).
